Jason brought the Ngage scrum machine to the club and provided the ladies with some specialist coaching around the scrummage and tackle areas of the game.

The ladies had a fantastic time and learned a lot in just a few hours.
The session was invaluable to coaches Alex and Kate for bringing the new players up to speed with the set piece!

Pre season continues this Tuesday at 7pm for all players new and old!
