Code of Conduct 2015/16 Season

•DRESS CODE – All team members to turn yup to games in presentable attire, reflecting the image of the club (until team tracksuits are in place). Team members are expected to wear the kit provided by the club and will not deviate as our high standards will be adhered to by all players and staff.

•DIRTY BOOTS - boots must be clean for every game, dirty boots will result in ₤1.00 fine

•LATENESS/ATTENDANCE – Anyone who is late for training or a game without giving prior notice to the manager will be fined ₤1.00. If you receive a text message or phone call advising you that you are in the squad please reply ASAP. If you do not reply by Friday night you will be dropped from the squad.

CARDS - All Yellow/Red cards will be charged directly to the offending player as the club will not accept the cost.

•WEEKLY SUBS – Subs will no longer be required as the club has now increased the signing on fee to a total of £50 (depending on player numbers for the upcoming season). the signing on fee must be paid before the start of the season - no player will be allowed to play for the club without the signing on fee being paid.

WINTER TRAINING SESSIONS - Players are expected to bring £1.50 to every training session in the winter period as this will coer the hire of the clubs chosen astroturf.

•MOBILE PHONES – Unless you have an emergency, all mobile phones must not be answered and put on to silent. £1.00 fine for any phones used.

•TEAM TALKS – Team talks will be carried out by both the manager and senior players of the team and will be as open and honest as possible.

•RESPECT – The club expect all members of the squad to show some respect to the committee members. These people are giving up there own time to help run the club so the least we can do is show them some respect in return.

•COMPLAINTS – If anybody has any problems with regards to the way things are being run or the have any grievances they wish to air, please do not hesitate to talk to any of the committee. Please don’t be afraid to speak up.

Everyone must understand that when they sign for C.P.D Sychdyn, that they are representing the club on and off the field, so the club expects the highest standard of behaviour – the management team and the club understand that sometimes this is uncontrollable, we just ask people to think first.
