Job Title: Senior Chef, permanent contract @ 25 hours per week

Location: Darlington Rugby Football Club, Blackwell Meadows, Grange Road, Darlington, DL1 5NR

Reports to: Operations Manager & Club Executive Committee

Salary: £15 per hour

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Chef to join us at Darlington Rugby Football Club. Darlington RFC is a vibrant members club, catering for club members, Darlington Football club and external customer events such as weddings, funerals, corporate events and functions.

As Senior Chef you will oversee the running of the kitchen and work with our existing function chef.

Responsibilities will include menu planning, purchasing, health and safety including food hygiene procedures.

The Successful Candidate will have.
• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience
• Enjoy working in hospitality with an enthusiastic team
• Basic Food Hygiene qualification and be able to demonstrate best practice.
• Have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner
