Come and celebrate the season and enjoy the FA CUP Semi Final as Everton take on Manchester United. There is a BBQ on from 5pm to raise money for the juniors with open 4G facilities and everyone is welcome to join in the celebrations.

If you have a child who is looking at taking part in community football next season bring them along and meet some of the coaching staff and take a look around the facilities.
Here is an insight into our plans for 2016/17.

What about future plans for Daventry Town FC?
Its early days but we can tell you so far that everyone who has stepped forward is completely committed to delivering a community development plan that ensures football can be appreciated by everyone within the town. We want people to enjoy the facilities and anyone looking to book an event can do so by calling 01327 311239. The main thing is that everyone is pulling in the same direction. We have an opportunity to do something special with the facilities and people that we have involved and its key to our plans to ensure that the links between junior and senior football are well embedded into the club’s philosophy.

The Chairman has shown faith in the Community by putting together an Executive Committee who will work with local people and local businesses to focus on making Daventry Town FC a community icon. There will be a wider committee that is currently being established so that everyone who is hands on has a voice that can be heard.

Will the club be going back to the UCL?
As soon as the 1st teams future is confirmed we will be letting everyone know. The committee will be reviewing the season ahead and looking to support its activities whilst making things affordable for our fans. We want to see lots of faces, old and new to the matches and hopefully the local media organisations will join us for what should be an exciting journey as we give the locals something to smile about again after a difficult season.

Plans to increase development activities at the club house
The new committee will be focused on realising the potential of its facilities. We want to build an environment that the whole community can enjoy. A great foundation has been laid by everyone involved in the running of the facilities in previous years and now some fresh faces are looking forward to progressing the opportunities and revenue potential of our beautiful venue. We will be encouraging people and businesses within the community to come back to Daventry Town and focusing on our ability to provide a friendly and professional service for corporate bookings, weddings and parties.

Juniors, Vets and Womens football
The juniors will continue to operate within the clubs vision. They are the future of Daventry Town Football Club and the local community. The existing Junior Development Committee have been invited to take on roles within the main structure of the club and all of the members are excited about bringing the club together for a focused and joint approach to the future.
