The Vikings won the final after going a goal down thanks to 2 goals from Finn Ainsworth and another from Josh Branson.

Their route to the final was far from easy having to overcome Long Buckby 1 0 and Moulton Magpies Black in difficult matches before an easier than it sounds 4 0 success over Brixworth in the semi-final.

The team will be officially presented with their shield on the 14th May at the prestigious Northants and District Youth Alliance League (NDYAL) Cup and Plate Finals at Sixfields Stadium on May 14th.

With the team moving up to 9 aside football next season, Gary is looking for more players. Players need to be in the current school year 5 and anyone interested should contact Gary on 07557 388847.
