Next week we will be gearing up for the return of Touch.

It will be held at Deeside on a Wednesday evening from 6:30pm and is open to all ages and stages.

This is a great opportunity to keep your midweek routine going and all age groups are welcome.

It can also be a good way to introduce new people to the club. Spread the word if you know anyone who is keen to try rugby but not sure where to start. Deeside is where to start!
