As per the FA's decision, AFC Portchester have been removed from the competition, and it was ordered that the First Round Qualifying match now be Didcot Town FC v Tadley Calleva FC, with this match to take place on Tuesday 12 September 2023. The decision is subject to appeal, but the winner will play host to Bristol Manor Farm on Saturday 16th September.

The trip to Chesham United in the Southern League Premier South will now be rearranged.
