The Doncaster Demons are the women's section of Doncaster Phoenix RUFC, who stand as an amateur club playing out of Castle Park, home to the Doncaster Knights.
The team members, coaching staff, and committee adopt professional standards in all areas of the game, and is committed to ensuring all involved understand and adhere to the RFU values of Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline, and Sportsmanship.
Women aged 18 and over are always welcome to come along to our training sessions regardless of ability and playing experience.
Team Training takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Castle Park, 7pm - 8.30pm.
Team Training is free to attend.
