There were some creditable performances amongst the U13s despite their elimination from the Knockout Cup at the hands of Ombersley.

Decent bowling spells came from the pacy Danny Mazgajczyk as well as Jamie Grainger and Finn Sheane-Smith but the visitors still managed to pile up 159-3 from their 20 overs.

Leading an under-strength team, captain Archie Fenn swapped left-hand spin for strokeplay as he retired unbeaten on 33 but he was unable to guide his side into the next round as they were shot out by their powerful opponents for 70 in reply.
