Following last night's DVR AGM, the Committee in consultation with the parents who attended (not forgetting the Committee are parents too), have decided to increase subs from £25 per season to £30 per season. This was discussed at length as we are proud of the fact that we have managed to keep it at £25 since the inception of Dulais Valley Rugby seven seasons ago back in 2009/10 (and further back for some players who played Minis for their clubs Banwen RFC, Seven Sisters RFC and Crynant RFC).

We are still one of, if not, the cheapest within Afan Nedd and we do offer an excellent player package. Comparing our subs to other sports, we still come out favourable and are one of the cheapest.

Unfortunately we run at a loss last season due costs increasing (I'm sure you can appreciate this having seen supermarket costs go up) and fundraising being poorly supported. Costs have been increasing for sometime now but we have been able to absorb these increases due to fundraising, up until last season, being very well supported.
