It goes without saying that everyone at Champion Hill is proud of our supporters, and the magnificent backing you all give the team home and away.
But sometimes it is necessary to remind everyone of what is acceptable or not. Therefore please read guidance from the Football Supporters' Federation attached and note the seriousness of these activities for both the club but also the person carrying or using pyrotechnics.
So will all of our supporters please note that the bringing of flares, or smoke bomb canisters, to matches is TOTALLY against Football Association guidelines as well as being ILLEGAL.
Anyone caught, or seen doing so not only runs the risk of a potential criminal record, doing so also carries the real risk of being banned from Dulwich Hamlet matches at Champion Hill.
It is also against Football Association regulations for any supporters to encroach the field of play by coming over, or through, any pitch barriers.
Dulwich Hamlet Football Club are responsible and accountable for the behaviour of our fans both home and away.
So, please ensure that we continue to have a reputation as one of the friendliest and most law-abiding fans in the Ryman League by keeping off the pitch at all times and NO flares or smoke bombs.
Thank you all for your understanding.
THE DULWICH HAMLET FOOTBALL COMMITTEE.
