·Effective running of bar operations.
·Ensuring prep management, accurate stocks levels are maintained.
·Supervising the day-to-day operations and team.

The requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

·Proficient knowledge of local breweries, spirits and wine.
-Minimum 2 years’ experience of high-volume drinks services in pubs, bars or events-based businesses.
·Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to converse with fans.
·Know how to deliver exceptional service and how to remain professional at all times

• Passionate, excited & have an in-depth knowledge of the bar industry.
• Proud to be a bar supervisor - you take your craft seriously.
• A leader who is going to lead from the front, no job too big or too small. Have excellent communication skills, for the team and the customers. We are looking for an assertive character who can lead and galvanise a team to deliver excellent work under pressure.
• Must be cellar trained and have basic skills: changing kegs/gas/couplers, line clean
• Social media savvy. Posting across all our online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Keeping our fan base up to date with what's going on at the Club.
• Promote the Dulwich Hamlet FC brand, values, ethos and culture in a professional, strong and positive manner.
