Following his decision to depart due to his increasing commitments with his children & business interests, Kevin commented:
“I would like to say a huge thank you, firstly to Gavin Rose & Junior Kadi, two hard working, humble, respectful men that I believe are destined for the top of the professional game. They possess top class man management and coaching skills. I’d like to thank Rosey & Kads for giving me the opportunity to join DHFC 8 years ago as a player and then as First Team Coach, Head of Fitness and A.S.P.I.R.E Academy Head Coach. I would also like to thank the players, staff & supporters for their efforts & support throughout my time at the club.
Dulwich Hamlet FC has been my second home and left me with so many amazing memories, I wish everyone all the best for the rest of the season and hope the good run of form continues to see the Pink & Blue Army finish with promotion.
I’ll be back to watch when I can and will be definitely l be looking to get back into thick of football in the near future”
Kevin has been an integral part in the clubs re-emergence as a force in non league football over the past 8 seasons, with huge contributions on & off the pitch as a player and a coach. He has played an integral part in developing the talented young men coming through the A.S.P.I.R.E Academy to the First Team and beyond.
“Kev will be a huge loss to the management team & the club on a whole, he has so much to offer the game and we’re sure he’ll be back playing or coaching somewhere very soon” The club have lost a great servant in the short term, but he’s hard work & dedication will be remembered” GR
