Founder member and former Eccleshall RUFC Chairman, Treasurer and Hon Sec Ron Bentley sadly died on 8th May this year.

Many former ERUFC players will have fond recollections of Ron, who could only be described as ERUFC legend & character.

His family are organising a "celebration of his life" at The Smithy, Castle Street, Eccleshall on Saturday 17th of August from 12 o clock.

All who knew Ron are invited to attend.
