We will be back at it, pre-season style, on the 28th of June at 1830. Get down for 1815 and be ready to head out at 1830.

Let's get the season off to great start with big numbers at pre-season training. New season, new players, new goals. It is our intention to train for a month then introduce pre-season friendlies around the end of July/start of August.

Until then the summer fitness sessions put on by Doug and Tom will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
