The ERUFC Annual General Meeting is set for 2pm, Sunday 15 November 2015. This is your opportunity to shape the future of your rugby club and to evaluate Season 2015.

You are urged to consider what you can do to improve every or even a few members’ experience of rugby union at ERUFC in 2016. With this goal, nomination forms for the management committee are on page 3 of The Wattle and a request for expressions of interest in team management on page 5.

Janelle Duncan from the Melbourne Rebels has commenced a survey on Junior Rugby to all clubs. Two of the more interesting questions are below and I invite all club members to comment:

1. What are the 3 major challenges facing Junior Rugby in Victoria in the current climate?

2. What are the 3 key areas, we as a union, could focus on in 2016 to ensure children have a positive experience on match day?
