After a poor first half to the season Eynesbury parted company with manager Dean Shipp. The new management team of Al Lenihan and Pat O'Keeffe arrived at the end of December and brought in an influx of new players. Despite finishing 13th the new squad showed they are capable of better things in season 2008/09.
