It was a cold winters day in Bristol when the idea of starting a football club first came up. About three months later F.C. Union Bristol was born. Putting a specific focus on democracy, transparency, sportsmanship and club spirit, F.C. Union Bristol was always going to be a bit different. It's a club where simple talent will not guarantee you a space in the squad. Team spirit and putting the club first always come as a priority. Everything gets decided democratically and the members have full transparency when it comes to the clubs decisions, long term goals or finances. We are only young, but have already grown to roughly 50 members and now started to improve results with our very young squad. With the help of our sponsors and generous donations from other club members, who are all also involved in the club, we have managed fantastic things in our short history.

If you are looking for traditional grassroots football, where the players don't just get together to kick a ball around once a week, this will be the club for you. Football is more than just the 90 minutes on a Saturday. It's all about coming together as a community, on and off the pitch.
