The teams taking part in the 2013 U13 Shield are the top two teams in each of the three qualifying groups.

Formby U13 won their group and are joined by second place Hightown. Group A was won by Liverpool and Old Xaverians were runners up. Group B winners and runners up were Maghull A and Rainford.

Formby start their Shield campaign with a trip to Hightown on Sunday June 16th, a repeat of the opening fixture of the group stage.
