Hi my name is Simon Chilcott, I have played for Frampton RFC in the past and you may know me as Chilli. I have recently returned to Bristol and created a program called 'The Physical Transformation Blueprint' that works typically with Men from contact sports who drastically want to improve their physical appearance in 6-12 weeks, by significantly reducing body fat or increasing muscular size/tone whilst boosting rugby playing performance.

Typically you have a basic understanding of training but generally lack the time and/or motivation to go and get it done. When you do train you jump from program to program without getting results that you want and spend to much time pissing about. Having someone to make you accountable for your results would be a great motivator and generally you'd like to understand and learn how to train yourself more effectively.

If this sounds like you we should have a conversation. I am very excited to bring this opportunity to Bristol. Due to me being away from the area for a while I am specifically searching for 'Scholarship Clients', these are clients who train with me at 20% of the package rate in return for their weekly feedback and support to the program.

This is a rare opportunity that will only exist for about another week as I am only taking on 6 scholarship clients.
