Unfortunately, due to unpredicted low-ticket sales the club has been forced to cancel the event to minimise the financial loss the club will incur by proceeding with the event. Cancelling just 2 weeks prior to the event will still cost the club an estimated £1,500 in cancellation charges and fees however the potential loss to push the event through could have been much more.
The club would like to thank all those who had already purchased tickets and we will contact you all shortly with regards refunds. We would also like to express our extend thanks to Andy Daw who has worked hard over the last few months to assist in the organisation of the event.
We are hoping to hold a smaller informal celebration of the clubs 25 years in the Autumn and hope that you will be able to support this event when details are confirmed.
