Velindre Cancer Centre was GGRFC's adopted charity for the 2009/10 season.

A series of events and representative matches realised a total of £3600

An addition £1200 was donated to the Help for Heroes charity.

GGRFC also raised £1800 for the Welsh Guards Afghanistan Appeal.
