Only had a few session with the girls and so far so good.
There is loads of potential but also lots of hard work to be done. Having the session at Tollcross on my own with the girls was beneficial to them & myself, also gets the girls to know me and also for me to know them.

We travelled to Dundee for the first Development tournament on the 5th November, the girls seemed to enjoy it and were all positive. This gave me an insight into what is needed in training.

We have an overload of Shooters in the development squad and lack of defenders, this meant players playing out or there position, which none of them questioned it and all were glad to be on the court, with playing the girls out of position, they did not let it show in there matches which I was super proud of this!

As I said, lots of work to be done & I am looking forward to hopefully bringing them on!

Roll on the next Development Tournament n the 26th which Glasgow is hosting @ Emirates.
