Hailed originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Mark is a professional Chef with over 25 years experience. Since 1999 Chef Mark worked through the ranks of some of London’s established restaurant groups such as ORSO, Joe Allen and Conran. He headed, developed and opened new concept restaurants, the likes of Joe’s Southern Kitchen Covent Garden, Big Easy Canary Wharf, Temper Soho and No.60 Balans.

Liv-In Chef was born out of lockdown. What started out as a food-sharing concept with the local community soon developed into a thriving Supperclub. Liv-In Chef has since expanded to cater for bespoke private dining events, catering services including BBQ catering, party platters for any occasion and supplying local businesses.

Mark now runs the in-house caterers at Glebe FC and the Liv In Chef team are excited to offer a ongoing/regular clubhouse menu, cater for events and introduce a weekly Supperclub experience.
