The Marlins will make the long journey from Kirkstall in Leeds to St Peter's High School in Gloucester.
This match has been arranged specially by the RFL to test the aptitude of the current All Golds squad.
The All Golds have proposed that their academy squads should be promoted into the National League from next season, and as a test of their ability they have been awarded the chance of taking on the Marlins – who lie sixth in the Heinz National league.
Donna Jones, Under-18s squad director, said: "This is a great opportunity for our boys to showcase their talents.
"There is a tremendous level of commitment and an outstanding eagerness to compete at the highest level. It is certain to be a game not to be missed."
It is also a great opportunity for the coaches of the All Golds to identify the players that will be awarded professional contracts in preparation for the upcoming Championship One season.
There will also be an opportunity for any youngster who wants to play rugby league and is looking for a professional contract.
Training took place on Wednesday and any outstanding athletes could be selected for the extended bench.
The match will feature as part of the St Peter's annual Festival of Sport and will take pride of place on the main pitch.
The Festival of Sport, hosted by St Peter's, is a great event in which people can try out a wide range of sports and discover opportunities that are available to them.
Food and drink will be available to buy on site and there will be plenty of opportunities for kids and adults to enjoy a day out. Parking is available.
