For 5 long years, GRUFC had a girls section, when those dedicated hardcore few grew up, the junior girls fell a little by the way side. Those that are now over over 18, have come together again to start a ladies section!

As they are set to return, the emphasis is on fun fun fun. The aim is for the girls to get fit and get social and any matches that come along are a bonus.

As an under 17 team, the Grimsby Lynx, played in the Newcastle Falcons 7's tournament, where they met England starts Toby Flood and Matt Tait!

Everyone is welcome to come down for training even if you only want to get fit.

So come along to Springfield Road, you know you want to!!
