• Social membership is the basic level of club membership. All Social members will be issued with a Membership card, but will not be entitled to access any of the wider benefits of Full membership

• Full membership is an enhanced level of membership, whereby ALL full members will both:

Be issued with an electronic swipe card that will allow them to take advantage of price discounts in relation to all drink related bar purchases
Be able to apply for international tickets through the club (ONLY ONE PER FULL MEMBER)

ALL players MUST be full members

Payment arrangements:

• Annual Membership starts 1st of July 2024 and annual membership fees should be paid in full by the end of September 2024
• All members must complete a 2024/25 membership form for the club and RFU data management purposes. The more up to date and complete information we have on the RFU GMS site is directly related to benefits we can receive from them.
I.e. Grants, Loans, International Tickets etc.

Note: Blank membership forms are:
• Downloadable on the next page and posted on social media;
• Available from behind the bar
• Can be emailed to members on request.
Completed forms should be returned to any committee member or preferably over the bar.

Recent pricing restructure therefore Unchanged from 2023/24 season.

(Note 1 ) With No match fees now payable ,this is in affect is an annual rise of £6! 2023/4 Season fees were £90 + 22 games at £3= £156
(Note 2) Please if you are able (UK taxpayer) donate gift aid worth another £2.50 to the club with no direct personal tax impact on yourself.

BUT :- Please note late/stopped payments or even by instalments ( we pay a charge for the privilege) inevitably cost the club
• Members are encouraged to make their membership payments ‘on-line’ on the club website Click Here(through GoCardless).
But..
They may also pay their fees directly to the club’s bank account by BACS transfer or over the bar (by cash, card payment or cheque)
