U18 Boys French met London Wayfarers in Round 1 of the England Hockey Tier 1 Championship.

In a fiery contest, the game ended at 1-1. The teams were also drawn in the shootout which then went to sudden death. Hero of the game was goalkeeper Max for saving 5 out of 7 penalties, helping the team secure the win, 3-2.

This is the first season in the Tier 1 U18 competition and the team will head into Round 2 on 29th October.
