It with great sadness that I must inform you of the death of an ex Harrow player Robin Lane who played for the club through the late eighties and early nineties

Robin, who was only aged 51, is believed to have died of a heart attack in Afghanistan on Sunday.

Our thoughts are with his family and in particular his daughters Bethan and Ellie as this desperate time
