After being in charge of Harton since November last year I have decided to step down as manager. Having spoke to the chairman and secretary before yesterday's game against table toppers Jarrow, they both excepted my decision. I have enjoyed my spell in charge of Harton and I would like to wish them all the best for the future. I have been offered another job in a higher league and I would be a fool not to accept it. I will still be around the club on midweek days and will also help out in anyway I can. I want the thank all involved at the club including all the players and I want to wish them all the best for the future.
