Buckingham Town make the 100 mile round trip to face a rejuvenated Hatfield, who are the ones to watch in the Spartan Div. 1.
11th placed Buckingham Town have enjoyed a far better season than Hatfield, gaining 24 points from 18 games, with 7 wins and 3 draws. They make the long trip to London Colney on Saturday, on the back of a 4-0 loss to 3rd place Winslow United in the League Challenge Trophy, and a 3-1 win against 19th placed Codicote.
Hatfield will be looking for a change in fortune, winless in the league since a 2-1 victory at home to Codicote in August. With a 2-0 loss to 7th placed FC Broxbourne Borough, followed by a narrow 1-0 loss to 2nd place Broadfields United.
Consistency will be the key to Hatfield's survival hopes, with an important 6-pointer against local rivals Codicote on the 22nd of December.
