Biography
Skilful midfielder Lee Sawyer was originally on loan with the Clarets until November 8th 2014 from fellow Vanarama Conference South side Sutton United before signing permanently when released by the Surrey side. Sawyer began his career with Chelsea, appearing on the substitutes’ bench under José Mourinho in his first spell at Stamford Bridge. He counts Southend United, Wycombe Wanderers, Coventry City and Woking and Dover Athletic among his former clubs. In January 2015 he scored City’s 2,000th league goal in away games.Squad
