Henley Hawks start training for next season in Division 2 (South) this week with a squad which they expect to return them to National Division 1. This will be strengthened by a number of new players which the director of rugby Nigal Dudding has recruited in recent weeks. These will be added to of players who have been retained from last season. Last season 41 players played for the Hawks in league matches not only because of injuries but because of the dual membership with Premium Clubs who had prior claim on them. This made it difficult to field consistent sides which is unlikely to happen this season .

The players listed below have signed to play for the Hawks this season but it is expected that there will be a number of additional recruits.
