After a long hard season which saw our first team go the season unbeaten in the league and reach the County Cup Final it was now time to reward the players for their hard work.
There was five awards up for grabs with some calling for some very hard decisions to be made.
First up was Players Player this was won by Ashley Kingston.
The next award was Managers player which caused our manager Matt Shepherd a big headache this season as you can imagine after such a great season so much so that he could not split 2 players and awarded it to both Mark Mcgelliott and Darrel Millham who where both deserving winners.
We then move on to our third award which is our supporters player of the season, this is voted for by our hardcore team of fans that come and support the team what ever the weather and the lads really appreciate this. The supporters player went to Ash Kingston (second trophy of the day).
This then left us with just 2 trophies to go, next was our golden boot winner with 38 goals in 22 games it went to Ash Kingston (Final hat-trick of the season) and then the most understated award of the evening our clubman award and this went to Tom Lynskey for all his contributions this season and both on and off the pitch.
To everyone involved with the club we would like to thank you for your commitment and hard work all season and now to plan for next season as we step up to the County league.
