Respect
Horsforth St Margaret's is fully committed to supporting and upholding the FA’s Respect Programme as such all Codes of Conduct will be update to ensure that they fully encompass the full message and ideology of Respect.
This is not a difficult task as our Codes of Conduct and the overall Club ethos already includes and supports the messages of Respect.
As a Charter Standard Club we also work hard to ensure that every new coach goes on an authorised FA Coach's course as soon as possible to ensure that the children get the best coaching possible.
We encourage and support all coaches to achieve the highest standard they want by funding courses over and above the main coaching qualification.
