A formal structure in terms of training facilities, kits, medical assistance and insurance for injuries, have been initiated to enable the players to focus their attention on their training and not be distracted by other factors.

A qualified coach has been assigned to each age group to make sure we maintain a close attention to the players’ progress. A match report is handed in after each game and an assessment is completed on each player twice per season.
