The 3rd and final race of the 2024 Fast & Furious 5K Series took part on Wednesday 24th July. With temperatures down from the heat of race 2 it was a night for P.B.'s and course P.B.'s throughout the field.

A competitive lead group of 5 runners broke clear from the start and stayed together for the main part of the race. Small gaps appeared on the final lap of 4 and only 4 seconds separated the first three at the finish.

1st finisher was Daniel Haile Tsegay of Halesowen A.C. in 15 25 with Joe Donkin just 1 second behind (also Halesowen) and Karl Heeley (Amazing Feet) 3rd in 15.29.
Close behind from the lead group was James Thomas in 15.45 (Halesowen A.C.) and Dan Lightfoot 5th in 16.12. With the top 5 all recording P.B's (Power of 10 data).

Ffion Collins (Halesowen A.C.) sealed her 3rd win of the series and was also 1st junior with a new P.B of 18.11. Halesowen athletes filled the other podium places for the ladies with Phoebe Dodd 2nd in 18.45 and Louise Collins 3rd in 19.16.

Halesowen A.C. took the team prize calculated from the finishing positions over the 3 races.
