First Session Back

An excellent first session back tonight ? the first session is always the hardest but it's been conquered ? it's up to each Player to start taking care of themselves ? what they're eating, their water intake, their stretching program, ice baths etc. It'll all be worth it come the start of the season gentlemen #wegoagain #thecastle⚫⚪⚽️
