⚫⚪⚫⚪⚫⚪⚫⚪⚫⚪ Division 3 League Result: SCORE: Trinity Donaghmede FC 1-2 Kingswood Castle FC GOALS: Lár Mc Cormack '57 ⚽ Liam Delaney '63 ⚽ REPORT: A big strong impactful performance from our Squad in this match ? a game that didn't start well for us at all we simply never got out of first gear creating a few half chances only & against a well run outfit we found ourselves a goal down early on. Goalkeeper Cian Byrne kept us in it with a couple of fine saves, so the half time break couldn't come quickly enough for us ? We were grateful to go into the interval only a goal down.. The break & chat from Manager Robbie Gaynor did us wonders as we simply couldn't continue stuck in first gear, we raced out of the blocks from the restart never giving the home team time on the ball, tempo & crisp passing got us into this game & when an excellent free kick from Alex Murray saw midfielder Lar Mc Cormack arrive late into the box his flicked header goalwords it drew us level ? An adjustment in personal gave us a grip of this encounter as we pushed forward for a winner, Matthew Raymond had an effort saved after a tricky run, but it was only a matter of time before we broke through their defense & when it came Ben Finnegan deliver in a peach of a ball from the right wing which seen us overloaded on their back post... Liam Delaney threw himself at it & powered home his downward header to give us the lead. It could have been more but for wayword finishing & deep into injury time our lads put their bodies on the line to keep out any chances that the home side tried to create.  A massive win gained here as the quote goes a game of two halves which shows how our Squad can adapt & overcome when things are not going our way.  Thanks to Trinity Donaghmede FC & we will wish them the best of luck for the season #thecastle⚫⚪⚽
