• To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
• To receive the Chairman’s Report of the Club’s activities for the year 2012 / 2013
• To receive the Treasurer’s financial statements for the year 2012 / 2013
• To receive the Director of Rugby report for the year 2012 / 2013
• To elect
(a) Executive Office Bearers for 2013 / 2014
(b) Officers for 2013 / 2014
• Other business as the Chairman considers appropriate
