FC United of Manchester:
There has been a managerial change for the Red Rebels this season. Neil Reynolds departed the club in the middle of September and was replaced by Mark Beesley.
Since Beesley’s arrival, they have picked up two wins from three, beating Hyde United and Hebburn Town in the league and FA Trophy respectively. They were knocked out of the Manchester Premier Cup by National League North high-flyers Curzon Ashton.
FC United are currently 19th in the Northern Premier League Premier Division, occupying one of the four relegation spots. They have former Rotherham United, Reading, Cardiff City and Bolton Wanderers striker Adam Le Fondre in their ranks this season, both he and Jordan Buckley are on five goals so far.
Lancaster City:
The Dolly Blues will head into this game wanting to bounce back from their FA Trophy exit to Clitheroe last weekend. Chris Willcock’s side, who went unbeaten in the NPL Premier Division until September 21, sit 11th in the table.
Forward duo Nic Evangelinos and Dom Lawson are both on three goals for the season and will be looking to add to their tallies on Saturday.
On-loan midfielder Charlie Hall returned to parent club Accrington Stanley this week.
