The midfielder impressed during his spell with Blues that coincided with the recent eight game unbeaten run.In total he made eleven appearances scoring once in the 3-2 win over Chasetown.

Stoke City have been extremely pleased with the progress Jake has made in his development during his time at Leek Town and both clubs hope that this mutually beneficial arrangement can be repeated in the future.
