Josh initally joined Leek Town as Assistant Manager in 2024, but took over as First Team Manager in late August 2024 when Neil Baker resigned. A very successful first season in charge with a memorable FA Cup run and the promotion to the Northern Premier League as Champions after an absence of 16 seasons.

He currently runs his own coaching business, Brehaut Ball and was previously the Head Academy Coach at Port Vale. A local, highly respected coach who has been involved at Stoke City and a brief spell at Kidsgrove Athletic.
