KICK OFF COUNTDOWN
The Blues enter the weekends game having been able to regain some critical good form at this stage of the season – Having taken 4 points from the previous two league games and a win in the Staffordshire Senior County cup against NPL Midlands division promotion hopefuls Sporting Khalsa in Midweek. We now look ahead to the weekend and our first game of the season against Morpeth. Morpeth are the only team this season so far that we have not played, we now play them twice this month.
Whilst the Blues will be seeking another solid display and further points on the board to solidify our position in the league table, Morpeth, on the other hand, are just 8 points behind the playoff pack and will come to the F.Ball community stadium looking to also boost themselves into play-off contention.
It is most certainly set up to be a very competitive affair where both teams will most certainly be playing for a win.
