After a 1-1 draw in midweek, attention turns swiftly to Kimberley as we go away again.
The midweek draw to Harrowby United saw a late equaliser from Scott Matthews, as his goal extended our unbeaten run to 15 games.
Harry Millard remains out but the rest of the squad should be fit for the game, barring long term absentee Adam Barthram.
Kimberley sit 18th in the league, on 26 points after 32 games. They come into Saturday’s game off the back of a 4-0 win over Sleaford Town.
We won the reverse fixture in October 5-1, with goals from Tom Hipwell, Richie Burdett, Henry Moore, Elliot Dye and Tris Drummond on the day.
Assistant manager Paul Grimes previewed the fixture. He said:
“It will be a tough game, we know there’s no easy games in this league. Everyone is fighting for something at this stage of the season.
“We’ll turn up with the right mentality and take the game to them as we always do.”
Up the Whites.
