Andover Town represent a big-fish coming in following their relegation from the Wessex League Division One, while Division One champions Meon Milton and runners-up, Hedge End Rangers also join.
Meon won't be complete strangers to us, having travelled to the Portsmouth-based side in last season's League Cup, coming away with a 7-3 victory en route to the quarter-finals.
Last season's bottom two, Fleet Spurs and Hayling United are relegated into a strong-looking 14-club Division One - including newcomers Crofton Saints (Southampton League), Rushmoor Community (Aldershot League) and a return for Silchester Village (Basingstoke League). At the other end, Lyndhurst and Michelmersh & Timsbury are relegated to local district football.
Infinity meanwhile make it back-to-back promotions as they head back to Step 6 in the Southern Combination Division One.

The Hampshire Combination & Development League constitution is expected to be released later this week, with our Reserves expected to remain as a Division One side.
