At Liverpool Medics RFC we aim to be an inclusive and welcoming club, with lots of fun socials and laughs to be had. However, we are all aware that outside of rugby, life can be difficult, stressful and unpredictable; these hard times can often lead to mental health struggles, a problem that anyone could find themselves facing. As men, we are much less likely to talk about our problems, preferring to keep them bottled up.

To tackle this stigma, LMSRFC has once again teamed up with MOVEMBER - a charity created to raise awareness for men’s mental health. This year, the team are growing out some questionable facial hair and taking on some ludicrous challenges in order to raise as much money and awareness for men’s mental health as possible. Boys are climbing mountains, running marathons and selling baked goods in an attempt to raise the target of £5000 which would smash previous attempts! Please donate to the boys using the link.
