Cai Griffiths, is for the 1st XV to reach the National Leagues in 3 years, with the Women’s side in the Championship supported by a highly experienced coaching, physio and conditioning team.

The LW Careers Hub - A unique initiative where those off the park help those on it

The Hub is pivotal to player retention, succession, recruitment and development through the provision of career advice and mentoring utilising the experience and expertise from within the LW Community.

We currently have three Senior Men’s teams, one Women’s team and a strong Mini and Youth Section.
