Loughborough Dynamo Football Club has a proud and unique history within non-league football and supporters can rest assured that these memories will always be etched within the clubs ethos.

Whilst this season has seen LDFC finish in the highest position in the club’s history, unfortunately a place in the top six was narrowly missed.

The club’s current situation is one requiring change and a reset of direction. Whilst the club’s league position gives an impression of success and a bright future, background circumstances paint a different picture. Areas such as financial security, structure, fan base, pitch use, maintenance, club house facilities and community inclusion all require a new approach to ensure the continuation of the club and it's long term future.

Taking all these factors into account a plan and vision is being put in place to resolve the above concerns. These changes will not be put in place overnight, but will take several years, however always taking into account the best interests of LDFC.

The vision includes the bringing together of local youth and senior football, entering LDFC into a new league at Senior level, provision of a 3G football pitch, refurbished the clubhouse and commitment to the local community within the wrap of a Community Interest Club (CIC)
The above will take time, but with the support of the local council, CIC grants, volunteers and the assistance of a local benefactor all the above aspirations can be achieved.
As this club grows from it's new roots, so success within the football leagues will follow. With commitment and hard work LDFC will add a new chapter to it's already unique history.
