The "LDJFC Future Coaches Programme" gives our players looking to pursue a career in coaching, teaching or working with young people, the opportunity to work with our Coaches and Club Mentors in a coaching role with one of our teams.

The programme offers our young players coaching roles within our club, as well as classroom sessions to help develop:

• Coaching session planning.
• Coaching behaviours.
• Understanding of our players needs.
• Understanding of the LDJFC Philosophy and Coaching Programme.

This programme will underpin our young coaches progression up the FA Coaching Pathway with the opportunities to practise what they learn.
